Punctuating Passion is a futile effort. It cannot be contained. The rhythms of desire ebb and flow without reason. Points are made, accepted or missed, never without fire.

Simplifying moments with the goal of deep understanding is a growing focus in this painting series about light and land. Light & lite have been discovered. Living without them again seems like a impossibility. The weight of darkness has been realized, appreciated, and is no longer a central figure. This weight must live in memory, so that free movement and vison can push forward with the most impact. The contrast between the past and present makes for the most beneficial future, and paintings.
